Japanese Streets

I’ve recently become obsessed with all things japanese. Even my condiments rack has been affected by the likes of Mirin, Soya and Soba Sauces. Perhaps its the quirky way them japanese kids dress, or its just the sticky rice, but I <3 Japan.

Canine Friends

Mister Sparky the Retriever and Master Choco the Poodle

’Canis Lupus Familiaris’  or better known as the humble Dog. Around this time last year my Dog passed away. Choco. A miniature poodle with arbitrary deafness, proclaimed separation issues and an ironic sense of humour whom met an untimely death by car whilst licking up icing sugar. Naturally nostalgic, I found myself trolling the internet in need of respite from the horror of the bi-polar dog’s death.

Stumbling about in the ‘Blog’ folder I rediscovered Maddie the Coondog

A wonderful story of physics and a pooch, Miss Maddie certainly reminded me why I kept that crazy Poodle. No matter the place, our canine friends ask no questions, and expect nothing. They’re like evolutions early version of the iPhone, becoming an integral part of your life before you’ve really noticed. Choco certainly did.. Thank you Maddie for reminding me, you’re not just a friend or entertainer, but a loyal Dog.

R.I.P Choco
